It’s April the month of asparagus and strawberries, let's challenge ourselves to eat more vegetables and fruit. A great place to start -at least 5 fruits&veggies everyday! And don't forget at least 30 minutes of exercise too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Good morning! It's Tuesday and today's daily challenge is no sweets or alcohol. Ouch! But we can do this!
Daily Challenge:
Mon- journal it!
Tues- no sweets or alcohol
Wed- at least 6 servings water
Thur- two servings healthy oil
Fri- self appreciation day
Sat- at least a serving of whole grains
Sun- at least two servings lean protein

Good morning! I had a good day yesterday, ate healthy and walked 2 miles with Susan in our neighborhood. Hoping for a repeat performance today!
