I don't buy organic food. For whatever reason I never bought into the need to eat organic. I use to buy an organic yogurt because I thought it tasted better than the others, but I've since moved onto Greek yogurt.

Do you buy organic food? * I don't buy organic food very often, I've read a lot of articles on this and am just not sold on it. I've read that organic food is not always better because it does get exposed to harmful chemicals through wind blowing from near by farms. If organic is same price as regular foods and looks good I may buy it but not often.

We don't...My husband grows much of what we eat and it is organic...mostly. I think he may use some chemical fertilizer and sprinkles sulfa on the tomatoes but we at least know what he is doing to those things. As for what we buy...doubt it is organic at all.

I buy organic as much as possible, due to my GI issues. It may just be a pyschological benefit. I do try to buy organic versions of "the dirty dozen". (Strawberries, spinach, kale (collard/mustard greens), nectarines, apples, grapes, cherries, peaches, pears, bell & hot peppers, celery, tomatoes.)
I only regularly buy strawberries, spinach, bell peppers, and celery organic. DH is the only apple eater and the organic spoil too quickly. The organic tomatoes are always loose and a pain. The rest of the items I never/rarely consume. If they are available organic, I'll get 'em, if not I don't stress over it, just get the regular.

I get vegetables from out local CSA so they are organic. Ditto for dirty dozen, usually.
