It’s May the month of getting warmer weather. Let's play or exercise. ! And eat health too during May.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of April.

I will start May 3 over. Tomorrow is Russ's birthday. We are going out to a birthday restaurant. Scott is coming too. dI will pay for Russ and me and give Scott 10 dollars to use. Scott is ordering pizza today. He got his second vaccine yesterday. He is going laminate both of our vaccination cards. Office Depot. Monday Vanessa wills hope with me t Whole Foods for there non fat marinara sauce. I will hope with Russ Thursday for whole wheat pasta and broccoli.
