TGIFRIDAY!
KELLY -- Another good day with walks and OP! I assume you are tracking by adding food in the app. I sometimes try to record/track on My Fitness Pal, but then I'll have a snack or extra wine and POOF! I stop tracking. I really need to be consistent!
CAIT -- Gosh! When you get back to SoCal your new house will seem new all over again! You've had a couple of good days with your HHs!
We are having a dinner guest for the first time in over a year! Fred broke down and bought himself a gas grill; he had been a charcoal purist, but last summer I think he only grilled twice! Actually, here's a funny story: When we were first married and tent camping, he would not use charcoal -- only a wood fire for him! Well, one morning after a rainstorm, we tried to gather enough pine needles (!) to make a fire. I scrambled those eggs so long -- I think we ate about noon. Fred said, "I don't think they cooked -- they just dried out." We bought a bag of charcoal that day, and we broke down and bought a camp stove when we got home. Evolution!
I went to water aerobics (counting 2 miles) and just finished stretching.

Good Morning Challengers!
Yesterday I did 4/6 of my main HHs, went jnti my red zone of pts but no further. Yay! 🤪 I didn’t stay up late after they left and do post-event eating. I did JGTB. We had friends over for dinner and I knew I’d eat more than a regular day.

Yesterday we walked 2 mi.
Today we’re going to lunch with other friends.
This am I went to a WW Virtual workshop - a different coach than last week because I was a little late, but this one was was really good also. I like how there are so many available, every half hour. The topic was “Neuroplasticity - Form—and strengthen—the pathways in your brain to get closer to your long-term goals.” Setting small steps to make our “path” to our goals, and to leave the “path” that was taking us away from our goals.
CAROL - funny story about your DH accepting change in cooking process. Progress will find a way. So nice you can have a get together. We enjoyed having our friends over last night and the family over two weeks ago. GFY with stretching and water aerobics for 2 mi,
Be well and take care, for ourselves, and for each other.

Good Morning Challengers!
Yesterday I did 5/6 of my main HHs, went into my red zone of pts but no further. Yay again! 🤪 We went out to lunch with friends and I had wine with lunch and dinner but kept snack to 0 pts nontrigger foods and did JGTB. For me the biggest risk is snacking, not meals, although meals can snowball into bingeing if I don’t have a clear “end point” to the meal.

Good Morning!!
I had a nice weekend. I got to spend most of Saturday with my son. Rained most of the day Saturday for the yard sale. We had a covered porch but not too many came out. The landlord mentioned having one the end of June. I did 3 miles on Friday and 2 miles on Sunday. No exercise on Saturday and even fell about 200 steps shy of my steps for the day. Saturday was very busy. We did the yard sale til about 1. Got home and shortly after 3 I get a text from my niece who was worried about me as I was late for her daughter's Birthday party. I felt horrible I had completely forgotten. Told her to get started and I would be there . Stayed and enjoyed family for few hours. Off I was again to meet my son for a late dinner at Chili's.
I can say was glad to get some rest yesterday after Church.
Cait: Good job on your miles.
Carol: Hope you had a good time with your dinner guests.
Amy: Good job with making a goal. Definitely reasonable.
Waving to all. Happy Walking!!

Yesterday I did 1/6 of my main HHs, stayed up very late reading and went way above my red zone of pts. I’m doing better today so far but SO tired.

Yesterday we walked 3.7 mi am for breakfast and .5 mi to pick up takeout lunch, for 4.2 mi for the day.
The DDs and DGDs called and FaceTimed with me for Mothers Day 😍 Their Dad’s birthday usually conflicts with Mothers Day.
Today we have annual doctors appts.
Be well and take care, for ourselves, and for each other.

Good Morning!!
I had a long and busy day. Work was crazy as they were short Clinical staff so did a good bit of the tasking and calls alone. 3 miles added in increments even though it was a nice day I did not get a chance to walk outside.
My other sister and I went to see my sister at the home last night. We had a nice visit.
Cait: Hope you got to bed early last night and made all your HHs. Good job on your miles.
Waving to all. Happy Walking!!

Yesterday we walked 2 mi am. We had annual Dr appts yesterday afternoon and had some tests ordered. My weight at Drs was 152.something with clothes and after breakfast and lunch, so that was OK.
Busy finishing up here to leave Sat to go North.
