This week I attended a virtual Weight Watchers meeting, entered my weight on the WW app, tracked, weighed and measured, kept up with my online support groups, and meditated. Today I managed to not have the two extra snacks I've been having (I'm proud of this because those extra snacks have been a problem for some time). I am grateful that my husband and myself are still healthy.

Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week, and give gratitude. You can also post about anything else you want.
Credit: * Joined at least one WW workshop a day. * Journaled every night as part of bedtime routine and posted on WW app every morning food for the day, earned blue dots everyday. * Read and posted daily on BBR, WW Connect and Mayo Clinic Connect. * Strived to get some exercise everyday, drink 6 cups of water and sleep 6 hours a night. * Included the five food groups in meals daily.
Gratitude: * For my teacher, friend neighbor who grocery shopped twice for me in the last week. * For my kids keeping in touch. * My son coming home for two weeks. * For being at goal and maintaining.

Credit: I’m still fully invested in my weight management practices. I recognized that a change needed to be made so I planned a different strategy using habit-stacking and so far it’s working. I also resumed my online jazzercise class and I’ll be going to an in-person yoga class this week.
Gratitude: The change in seasons Good health my granddaughter’s progress Financial security Choices

This week I attended two virtual WW meetings, tracked 5 days, shopped for healthy meals and planned. The best thing I did was give up Diet Coke and replaced it with sparking waters.
