Will be back later to share the numbers for today
So far it is 4.7 for breakfast and 6.5 for lunch and activity points for today are 1.0

I am NOT sure I like the decimals borntexan , I don’t care for the decimals either. I would rather double track calories on ITB.

30 minutes of walking with maybe five of counter pushups, squats and a few other things got me 1.9 points for a total so far of 4.5 for the week 21.7 daily points used out of 22 35/35 weeklies remaining
Scale holding at 166.6 (and again this morning)
Tomorrow a new week begins and I WON'T be doing decimals!
