Happy Monday: I am going to try and post at least 2 days during the week and the weekend. My goal is to try and do 15 mins of decluttering or clearing hot spots every week night no mater how tired I am.
Monday possibilities: Dr. appt Move papers from kitchen table Go through mail Finish Amazon order (I always just let it sit and don't send it for weeks) Devotion Prep eggs for work Make breakfast and lunch for work Evening routine

Good Monday Noon! Thanks for starting the thread, Cathy! Yay for your goals of posting at least twice and spending 15 minutes clearing/decluttering every night. I truly believe our small changes, done repeatedly, lead to really good results! I'm with you on the clearing hotspots...yes, let's do it!
The Habit of the Month for May is: Moving! I have a mini-goal for this month of getting up a little earlier so I can go for a walk, either outside or watching a video, before breakfast. My whole day seems to go better if I get some exercise early in the day.
Monday possibilities: --abs &knees ✅ --walk ✅ yay, a good neighborhood walk before breakfast (and before the spritzes of rain). There were lots of tree blossoms and tulips along the way, really pretty. --taichi & circuit zooms ✅ --water plants ✅ --groceries ✅ --decluttering 15 min. --laundry --wind down --evening routine

A belated Happy Star Wars Day to you! Last night I was chewing on some gummy candy (something I didn't need) and a crown came off my tooth. Waiting for the dentist to open to see if they can see me early this morning or late in the afternoon. It's a really busy day at the hospital and I'm covering my boss. However, I am reminding myself that we need to take care of ourselves first. So thankful for an officemate that I know I can ask to cover for me for a couple of hours.
Thursday possibilities Dentist (I hope) Put rx away 15 mins declutter or clear hotspots Make breakfast and lunch for tomorrow Evening routine

Cathy - I hope you’re successfully having that crown fixed....yikes! Good for you making it a priority.
Yesterday, we had Taco Wednesday, instead of Taco Tuesday, haha. Sort of a nod to Cinco de Mayo. I stayed up too late just doing my usual evening routine....should have started earlier. I took a nice warm shower at bedtime and that did help me relax.
It’s been gray and damp for several days but today is looking bright and sunny all day, so I hope to get out for a longer walk later.

Good morning, couldn't get a dentist appt. till today so I decided to take the day off. Up until recently, I have never done work from home except for the rarest occasions, however, lately I seem to have to check my email because of how many discharges I have coming up. I rarely take an unplanned day off (I have only called in sick a couple of times in 4 years) so planning this day off at the last minute threw me off. Also, I am suppose to be covering my boss, however, so thankful for the best officemate who took that role and another peer who is covering me. Friday possibilities Dentist (so glad) Clear off hot spots (set timer 15 mins) Declutter Dust bedroom Possibly make a cake Order gifts for DS birthday Devotion Evening routine

Good morning! Well, so glad I took yesterday off because the dentist appt. did not go like I had hoped and I ended up in the chair for 2 1/2 hrs. However, wasn't painful except for having to keep my mouth open too long and have all that equipment in there. However, the tooth itself didn't hurt and I am glad they could get all the work done since I thought I was simply going to have the crown put back on. I told my husband he was giving me a new crown for Mother's Day. Not sure if we will get out today. We planned to go to Seagrove which is an area that many of the handmade pottery is made. I am proud that even though I was really tired when I got back from the dentist and my mouth was swollen, I still did set my timer for 15 mins and cleared off some hotspots. I also made a carrot cake (I have been craving one) and today I already ordered my son's birthday gifts. Saturday possibilities Clear off hot spots (set timer 15 mins) Declutter Order a couple of more things for DS Order DH pants Devotion Possible trip to Seagrove WW Virtual meeting Evening routine

Totally forgot that yesterday was the end of the WW week and I never went to a meeting. I need to get better at that. I used to go every Sunday morning but last week I missed it and today I missed it so I will go for sure this week. I have been going on Saturday also so I usually get to one every week. We had a wonderful time in Seagrove. We only got a couple of hours up there to see the pottery places since we started so late but we enjoyed two of them a lot and watched a guy make a vase. DH bought me a very reasonably priced vase that I love. Seagrove is the pottery area for the nation since before you could purchased clay, the best clay was found in that area. NC is well know for furniture and pottery. Today I am doing nothing but a little decluttering and laundry. DH is cooking steaks and DS is working. I am very happy to sit and read all day.
