Hello everyone! I am new to WW (started 4/26/2021). I decided to join WW because of many reasons. First, I found out I am pre-diabetic, and my cholesterol is fairly high. Also, I've been feeling worn-down, sluggish, etc. I had been trying to eat better and exercise more on my own...but every time I messed up I would think "I'll just start tomorrow" and continue eating badly for the rest of the day. Tracking points seems to make me more accountable for what I eat. Glad to see this active, thriving forum! Gonna try to let go of my previous lurking tendencies and participate regularly!
