It’s May, the month of getting warmer weather . Let's play and exercise outside more! And keep on eating healthy too! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of May. Hello! Lots of kitty drama at home today with Skyler and stray Buddy :-) But I've started walking on the TM. I need to lift weights too today. And always need to stretch!
HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!! I will be making some of my mexican lasagna for dinner. Also have refried beans going on the stovetop.
