Trust me you did not miss anything, just someone being rude and not saying much.

Well, anyone hear anything new? I don’t know why I’m so interested, since I love Pointsplus, but I remember back at the start of Freestyle, there were so many leaks. I think I’m interested because of the claim that it’s “ the easiest plan ever”, and I like easy. I don’t know how it can be easier than Pointsplus for me, but we’ll see. WW is really keeping this one under wraps!
For those of you who attend/zoom meetings, any mention at all from members? I know employees are sworn to secrecy, but members sometimes have a way of asking questions, and any answers can reveal a sliver!

@pointsplusgal No mention in any virtual workshops I've been in. I asked a coach about the new program and was told they didn't know but I sensed they were one of the testers of the new program.

Thanks Mac. I guess before we know it, November 11th will be here and we’ll learn about it. I’d really like to learn about it before I decide to rejoin. When Freestyle first came out, I was so excited, I joined right away, and soon enough learned it was not for me. This time around, I’ll educate myself first. Since they are apparently doing away with Smartpoints, I’m hoping the new point system will more closely be tied to calories, like Pointsplus was. That alone would be an improvement.

@pointsplusgal Won't be long and new program will be out. I really thought one of the coaches would spill the beans, but not in a workshop I been in. Not sure what I'll do as I'm on green and lost 17 pounds to goal on it and the BBR, so may stay on green because it works for me. I've been in WW since 1964, I got my LT in 1965 by losing 40 pounds. I really love the program and the virtual workshops. Good luck to you on what ever you choose, just stick with it as it's worth it. I really love being at goal.☺️

Mac, congratulations! You are a real success! I agree to stick with what works for us. I first joined WW in 1966! Those early selection plans really worked so well for me. Then years later, Pointsplus became my favorite, and I started to unravel with Smartpoints. Duh! I just should have stuck to what worked! Yes, you stay green, if it keeps you at goal! Edited to add what is BBR? Thanks.

@pointsplusgal, BBR is Beck Book Review that is maintained by Judy. I've learned so much from the reviews, check it out, do come join us!😊 Yesterday on a workshop I asked a coach about any new plan changes coming up soon and the reply was we dont know. This morning on workshop I asked a host about a new plan coming up and was told they heard there will be "changes" or enhancements in November but they have not been told what they are.🤔

@pointsplusgal, It is in the "Lifestyle" section and is called "Beck Book Review." Three times a year we go through the 42-day program in the book: The Beck Diet Solution by Dr. Judith Beck. It uses cognitive behavioral therapy to work on the mental side of weight loss and goal maintenance. The program reviews start with Day 1 on March 1st, July 1st, and November 1st. We cover the first few chapters starting five days before the first of March, July, and November. The next one starts Wednesday, October 27th, if you want to stop by and see what it is about. Her idea is you have sabotaging thoughts that lead you to overeating and you can learn to talk back to them to keep yourself on plan.

Kitty, said: ... "food innovation" is described as "the most comprehensive in our history and rooted in nutritional and behavioral science." They say it will make weight loss "more simple, more livable, more efficacious and more sustainable" and the new innovation will make the program "that much more personalized."
Gee I've read that blurb with every plan update since I joined. I'm looking forward to it.

Bringing back Core? Can't be. Now I'm even more excited for the rollout! Yes. I am a WW new plan dork and proud of it. Traffic Light Labeling - "green light" and "red light" foods used to be a popular topic. My eyes got too tired before I could find reference to Core and Personal Points. Thanks for the link!
