It’s May, the month of getting warmer weather . Let's play and exercise outside more! And keep on eating healthy too! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday througFriday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of May. It's Saturday and it time to do the extra mile.Well I got out of bed and in a shelf near the treadmill a jar of marinara sauce cracked on the treadmill and floor. That has to be cleaned today byRich and glass swept. before I can even start to exercise . Daily Challenge: Mon- OP day Tues- at least 6 servings water Wed- no sweets or alcohol Thur- at least 5 fruits & veggies Fri- self appreciation day Sat- go the extra mile Sun- journal it!

I WAS SCARED BY THE GLASS OF MARINARA SAUCE CRACKING AND SPILLING OUT. good am. Starting today may 8 over in purple. whole wheat pasta and marinara sauce with no fat. Vanessa ill come Monday and we will get it at Whole Foods.

SO! I bit the bullet and just signed up for weight watchers. I'll have my first meeting today at 10:30am. Since I usually weight myself at home, first thing in the morning and in my underwear, I expect my WI will be my highest ever. I'll enter that later after the meeting.
I would have checked in yesterday but had a crazy day. The short version is we eventually got Buddy (my adopted stray) to the vet and his leg was not broken. However in the process of attempting to catch him and get him there, I got bitten. It swelled up quite badly so off to my primary care physician for exam of hand. I really like my doctor. She actually listens and looks up my information before seeing me. The result is that I'm on a strong antibiotic for the hand, will be checking in again with her Monday morning. And best part -I talked with her about my bad knee and my weight and she set me up with a general, annual physical in November. At which point we will see how my knee is coming along. The idea is I'll have 6 months to get my covid19 weight off and hopefully more, and then if knee is still a problem, she will set me up with a orthopedic surgeon.

Deb I start over tomorrow. I go once a month. I have to save a place. I was lifetime so I can go once a m9onth. I am doing green starting tomorrow. I go shopping M9nday w9th Vanessa. And then again n with Russ thursday. I need to get this I want to have enough protein. And I will eat 4 high fiber oatmeal packets 2 at a time for fiber. I am going to eat 4 5 ounce cans of tuna. I am psyched. I have my Maarie Osmond toning to do tomorrow. Scott picked up most of the glass. And Rich today mopped there but I have tomato sauce stains on my treadmill. I hope to have my credit cards paid off within 3 years for one and 18 months for the other.
