Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week, and give gratitude. You can also post about anything else you want.

Credit for attending a WW virtual meeting, tracking, weighing and measuring, keeping the right food in the house, keeping up with my online support groups, and meditating. Gratitude for all of my online friends.

Credit for perseverance and taking it one day at a time. I’m down 2.5 lbs this week. I ate mindfully and tracked. I shopped with a list and didn’t give into grocery store temptations. I walked a few days. I skipped nighttime unhealthy eating and reached for cottage cheese and a couple WW crackers instead of chips.

Credits: * Got some exercise by moving more. * Journaled every night and got blue dots on WW app. * Joined at least one WW workshop a day. * Included five food groups every day by eating mostly whole foods. * Striving everyday to get 6 cups water and 6 hours sleep. * Still maintaining weight at one pound above goal.
Gratitude: * Thankful for my three wonderful kids. * Happy Mother's Day my BBR friends, have a great day!💐
