Hello, Claudette, Tapping you with my fairy wand ~ sending good vibes that your week turns around. Brenda, hope you like purple, I'm also going to take a new look at the colors & think about changing from green. Kelly, kudos to your staying the course. I had a Drs appointment yesterday & met with the NP, I've never seen her before and really liked her. I discussed my never ending ability to stay on track with weight loss. Just going in circles here. She suggested I join WW or Tops!! She said people find writing down all your foods is a good habit and finding an exercise that you like is the key. She suggested zumba, belly dancing, walking!! Anyway thanks to her I joined a virtual meeting the 1st in 3 weeks. Happy Wednesday

Hi BL, Nancy, Thank you for the tap. I am struggling, but tomorrow is a new day. Please tell me you smiled when she said you should join WW. My suggestion is that you should work on only one thing this week. You can do this.

Good Morning!!
I had a good day yesterday. I added 3 miles. 2 mile WATP and a 1 mile walk. I am trying hard to stay the course. I have been lacking in tracking.
Nancy: Good job attending the virtual meeting. I have not attended one in months.
Claudette: I'm up for a group Challenge.

Hello, Claudette, thanks for the suggestion. I'll do just that. Kelly, it was nice to attend a meeting & I stayed for the breakout session at the end. A little awkward at first but then someone broke the ice. Out of the blue had a migraine yesterday & wasn't feeling good most of the day. Looking towards a better day today. Happy Thursday

Hello, I was lazy early this morning. Finally dragged myself out of the house to run a bunch of errands with dh today. Got some big pots & flowers. It's a beautiful sunny day today. Looking forward to going outside. Happy Friday

Hello my BL friends ! Taking a breathe after the paperwork marathon. Ready to get GOING (down). It might be a little bit more than I should attempt but I'm HOPING to be in the 130's before the end of the month. Less sitting, more action. A bit of a drop that I didn't post last week so we'll see what Saturday (my weigh in day) brings. In the word's of Tinkerbell ....

I’m really starting to get the hang of the purple plan. I tried it once and kind of freaked out with not having more points but after my sister was here she’s been doing purple and she just gave me so many good ideas so it’s doing good so far.
