It’s May, the month of getting warmer weather . Let's play and exercise outside more! And keep on eating healthy too! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of May. Okay, so today's my real start date with the WW purple program! Wish me luck! And I'm going to try and drag my lazy bottom to the 5:30pm spinning class today and lift weights. My hand is still swollen from the cat bite but it's improving a lot and steadily (if slowly).
