It’s May, the month of getting warmer weather . Let's play and exercise outside more! And keep on eating healthy too! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of May. Thanks for starting us Deb. Hi Brenda. decided to do Green. that's because I am eating 1 cup of raisins, 24 ounces of frozen blueberries thawed. And 3 5 oz cans of Chicken of the Sea tuna in water. I feel great . have to stawrt toning and exercising.

Good morning! I started to walk on the TM and almost finished a mile when I lost power! But after 30 minutes it seems to be back. So I'll hop back on when I finish posting.
Brenda, I have not been very good about exercise or diet. Although I did join WW again and journaled yesterday and so far today.
Amy, it's good to hear you're feeling great!
I'm on the purple plan and so far today also had oatmeal but w/fresh blueberries, bananas and cinnamon. Plus a cup of kefir w/protein powder. And now back to the TM!
