I hardly ever go out but for now I will still wear a mask when I go shopping, but then I don't know what the state/business requirements for mask are right now. They might be lifted by the end of the month. On another forum someone said they might not give up wearing a mask because they didn't get any colds, sinus infections, or flu this year. I loved not getting sick this this year. I have gone out to eat where I didn't wear a mask while we were eating and drinking coffee.

I am not vaccinated yet, but I plan on wearing a mask for the foreseeable future just to be on the safe side.

Yes, I will definately wear a mask as I didn't get vaccinated yet because of medical concerns. Even if I was vaccinated I would still wear a mask because there are people who were vaccinated that got the virus.

I will probably carry a mask with me but may not wear it. Most places I go to are grocery stores, other local stores and sometimes restaurants. They aren’t too crowded so I don’t feel uncomfortable. I expect to wear a mask at medical offices, airplanes and other places that might have big crowds. I feel that I don’t need a mask since I am fully vaccinated. I would wear a mask at a medical office since I might be around sick people. This might prevent the spreading of colds and flu. I expect most restaurants and stores to drop the mask requirements by June 1.

I will take mine along when grocery shopping but living in a small town with only HEB and Walmart there aren't huge crowds. Since Walmart remodeled they seem safer then before. They have cart wipes, hand sanitizer and disposable masks available for anyone to use. They recommend masks but neither store will refuse anyone to come in the store because they want your money.

I agree with linda72 . We have to begin to overcome our fears except in crowds or where there are potentially sick people such as doctors' offices or hospitals. I will follow any requirement a store or business has if it is stricter.

I will carry a mask with me, just in case s business requires wearing one.
I no longer wear a mask in the office at work since fully vaccinated. I’m still required to wear my mask if a customer comes to the counter to pay a bill, but 95% of the time I am maskless.

I carry a mask in my purse for when I need it. Our food and drug stores are always crowded so I'll be wearing a mask inside those for a while longer. I have a doctor appt on Monday and they still require a mask.
We'll get there.

The CDC guidelines are causing confusion as many epidemiologists don't agree with the announcement, from what I'm reading. Also even the CDC says they're still needed in health care facilities, on airplanes, on public transportation, and in congregate care facilities. Overall, only 36% of the population is fully vaccinated.

I shall continue to don the mask. I'm fully vaccinated.

I respect what the authorities say - I will continue to wear a mask in public places - I haven't been wearing one outdoors since I have been vaccinated. I would outdoors in a crowd but I am never in a crowd outdoors. NJ has not lifted the mask mandate.

Toots & I (fully-vaccinated) will continue to wear masks when we're with folks we don't know (stores, crowds, etc.). Like MarieL, we are in NJ where a mask mandate is still in place.

I'm not ready to give up my mask yet or get too close to people. So far at work we aren't changing anything.

Costco, Sam's, Walmart and Trader Joes all announced yesterday they were dropping the requirement for masks for vaccinated customers and for employees in a couple of weeks. I expect more stores to announce the change soon. Masks
