π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. 166 today...up a bit but OP so it will go down again
Walked 45 minutes yesterday and 60 today...Made buckwheat for the first time in a LONG time and am not sure what to think of it

- Tracking - GHGβs - NA Scale is down a bit this morning. Iβm just going to keep on with the plan - overall itβs working. I have 6 weeks until I have to WI at a meeting to keep my free Lifetime status and right now Iβm .8# over my goal range.
