Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

May 1-7 = 170 minutes + time doing those other exercises May 8 = 60 minutes walking while reading + 8 minutes to do 15 reps x 2 sets each of four strength exercises May 9 = 20 minutes walking while reading + 4 minutes to do 15 reps x 1 sets each of four strength exercises May 10 = 53 minutes walking while reading + 8 minutes to do 15 reps x 2 sets each of four strength exercises May 11 = 0 May 12 = 55 minutes walking while reading (forgot to do the other things...maybe after lunch) May 13 = 45 minutes walking while reading + 4 minutes to do 15 reps x 1 sets each of four strength exercises May 14 = 60 minutes walking while reading
May 8-14 = 293
