It’s May, the month of getting warmer weather . Let's play and exercise outside more! And keep on eating healthy too! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of May. hi. I am starting over tomorrow. I am towing blueberries for tomorrow. I have food club old fashioned oats ready to cook tomorrow for 4 meals. I am having 4 cups of blueberries a day.I have to buy more blueberries Monday.

So NSV, I made it to the gym today. I did a spinning class, 15 on the rowing machine, 10 minutes on the elliptical (wow, was that hard!) and the leg weight machines. I sure could use a nap. lol, but Susan asked me to go for a walk so I'm gonna try!
Goals: -tracking everyday -gym 3 times/week -walk daily

Brenda, do you have the option for in-person meetings or do you just prefer online?
Amy, I love blueberries in my oatmeal! My favorite combination is plain oatmeal with blueberries, banana, cinnamon and some kefir.

Hello Everyone! Jim and I did a heck of alot of moving today. We yard saled and then we did yard work --including for me lots of mowing!
