Good morning, Betty, Beverly, and everyone. --- Blackberry Cobbler1 cup unsweetened frozen blackberries** (or other fruit) 2 tsp. Truvia 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. extra virgin coconut oil*, melted in microwave 15 sec. 1 T. unsweetened applesauce 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. molasses 4 tsp. - 2 T. Truvia 1/2 cup (40 g) uncooked old fashioned oats, ground in small food processor 1/2 cup (113 g) plain fat free Greek yogurt, for topping. Optionally mix in sweetener & extract/SF coffee syrup. Preheat oven to 350Β°. Spray oven-proof ramekin with nonstick cooking spray. Add frozen berries to ramekin. Sprinkle 2 tsp. Truvia over berries, along with vanilla. In a separate bowl, melt coconut oil in microwave (15 sec.) and mix in all other ingredients (including 4 tsp. - 2 T. Truvia), adding oats last, until you have a dry crumbly dough. Sprinkle dough over the berry mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. Optionally mix in sweetener & extract/SF coffee syrup into yogurt. Top baked cobbler with yogurt.
