I reset my weigh-in to Wednesdays...always was Wednesdays and I decided to make it so again I also reset to Conquer Cravings on ITB and whether that is why or not...the scale is moving again.

Scale was up to 166.2 but rings were tight so...retaining water maybe? Wasn't sure how many points to count for the sheep yogurt as it varies greatly on the app.
