π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. Another busy day...glad to be on the couch instead of out and about! Last night at 1:30, lying in bed trying to sleep, I thought of a belt and wondered if I still had it so...had to get up and see...minds are crazy sometimes! Did manage to get to sleep afterward, though!
This week is nearly finished...amazing!

Yes Cathy, I hope you found your belt. Good day yesterday. High carb day though. Got tons of steps. Very busy but got it all done!
