After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

Might go see a BIL and his wife later today. No idea when so when I get dressed will dress to go out and about. When out we will probably pick up credit for my phone and a few groceries.
I am seeing positive NSV's as outcomes of losing weight...it is good to focus on those rather than on the scale!
klf722, I am happy that t he BP is going down though the idea of making a trip to Beirut to see the doctor when there is a gas shortage is not a happy one. I am hoping that if I call we can talk on the phone and he will just tell me to cut the pills I have in half and take them as usual as I monitor my BP daily. Maybe we could chat on the phone? Hmm...wonder if he has email? I find just being in a "holy" place can often relax me and works better than actual meditation. Going into historic sites also can have that impact or to a nature space or...you know what I mean. Meditating doesn't always relax me...can stress me out trying to relax and empty my mind

So true Cathy. The Tele-med appointments can work very well. I love being able to email my doctors but only a couple have systems that make doing that easy. I sent a fax to a doctor I know would be impossible to reach to leave a message for by phone today. We'll see how that works.
Yesterday was ok. Very productive, and I thought I ate well. Dinner was pretty good but I did have 2 glasses of wine and a dessert. Scale was up this morning. Guess I should have seen that coming. Got my steps and slept well.
