Here are a few pictures of quilts I finished the binding on in the last few weeks. It seems like so many of my quilts are Christmas themed, so I thought I'd share some that aren't
This one used up some leftover blocks and fabric from larger quilts:
This is a Disappearing 9 patch with some fat quarters I had:
This is the large Jelly Roll Race quilt. I quilted it on a longarm machine that I rented at a quilt shop. The second picture shows the quilting. It's not perfect, but I like doing the loops when I'm quilting, so I was happy with it:
The next few pictures are some embroidery pieces I've done over the years.
The green one was part of a 12 month block of the month I was in. There is a different embroidery for each month with different color thread and border fabric. I only ever finished this one for March I started April, but haven't finished it.
The Sunbonnet Sue one were some blocks that I found at a guild quilt show and I added one to make 6 blocks and then I sashed and bordered them:
This was a gingham quilt pattern. I love gingham things and this was fun to make.
Here's a Paddington Bear quilt. It would be a nice size for a child's quilt:
This one used charm squares and a pattern from a book that all the patterns were for charm squares. I quilted this one on a longarm machine at the quilt shop too. You can see the flowers in each block if you look closely:
