Hello everyone! cj59 - 30 pounds is amazing! I am around, but I'm not doing as well as I would like. Weight is holding steady. This week I'm going to focus on tracking everything. I think that I need to do that as a first step, so that I can be more aware of how much I'm actually eating. It's so easy for me to do a lot of damage very quickly.

Cj59, I totally understand abut what you said regarding the weight. It’s still a great accomplishment so good for you.
Wwlurker, I really don’t like tracking but I know it is key. I need to be better about it myself.
I attended my weight watcher meeting this morning. It was pretty good. I hope everybody’s doing well.

Hello Everyone wwlurker - Good luck with tracking. I know it helps me and I make myself do it every day. You are right that it is so easy to overeat when you don't track. sunrose - I'm glad you had a good WW meeting today. I weighed in today, since I'm trying weighing on the 1st and 15th of each month now. It was good, I'm still the same as when I weighed last week, but that's fine. I'm hoping I'll see a pound or two loss by the beginning of August. Hope everyone is doing well on their plans

Hello Everyone Just wanted to wish you all a happy weekend! I'm feeling a little like I want to binge, so I'm hoping to avoid doing that. I miss having some tasty summertime foods, but I know I just can't have them.

Good morning, Here I am again, starting over. I got on program in the middle of January and by early March I had lost 15 lbs, then I just fell off the program and half tried and half didn't the rest of the time. Today is day 6 on program and I didn't weigh myself before I started, I always regret that but I just could not get on the scale before today. I was so happy that I am exactly where I left off in March. I lost months by not sticking to a nice food plan. More determined now. Hoping to see a loss of any kind next weekend.

Hello hiker - Welcome back I'm glad for you that you didn't gain any weight even though you weren't on program, you deserve credit for that. I hope that you will see a loss this week. I hope everyone is doing well today. I'm doing alright and sticking to my plan. I missed a few days of walking last week, but I'm back on track with that too. Take care everyone

Good evening, Today is day 8 POP-not sure if anyone uses that anymore. I started WW in the 80's and it meant perfectly on program. I journal everything in my Fitbit account, I like the way it counts fiber, sodium, and calories. It it nice to see how many calories left to eat each day. This keeps me accountable. Hopefully the scale will show progress each week.

Hi sunrose - Hope you are doing well Only one more day in this month and I'll weigh in on August 1st (Sunday). I think I lost a few pounds this month, but my monthly loss is slowing. I'm not sure why since I've been pretty much on track. I know a lot of it is probably age and a slowing metabolism. I still need to lose about 8 pounds to get to the goal I had set by the beginning of October. I don't know if that will be possible, but I'll give it my best try. Hope all of you are doing well on your plans and that you'll check in when you can. Have a great weekend!
