A little rainy today, but that's okay! Gives me an excuse to stay in and can beans.
CAIT -- That's a bummer about the stolen mail! Is this your new place? Good luck with most of your HHs. I've heard of The Book of Lost Names; you'll have to let me know if you like it. GFY walking before breakfast!
KELLY -- Very good job tracking & staying OP, even with the treat! GFY with your walking, too!
Yesterday I went to water aerobics (2). Today I will stretch, but not sure about what else. I'm going to lunch with my sister, so this may be a DOR. I ordered some rubber tips for my ski poles/walking poles; maybe using them when I walk will help my back. We'll see!

Good Morning Challengers
Yesterday I did all 6 of my main HHs, stayed in my 💚 zone of pts.
My “KISS” HHs (Keep it Simple and Specific) - Avoid salted snacks: 💚 - JGTB: 💚
2 microhabits: - “50 pushaways”: 💚 - “No seconds with snack”: 💚
Yesterday I walked 2.1 mi before breakfast. DH had to get his hair cut.
We both got the credit freezes done and I’m feeling a little less stressed about the mail theft. The mail that was stolen had our SSNs and other personal financial info in it. I’ll never put outgoing mail there again. Kicking myself for doing it. Be well and take care, for ourselves, and for each other.

Hi all. I have a Governor who cares His office is working with my insurance company to give me guidelines and my function screen they have refused to give me. the constituent officer in his office said to call tomorrow if she has not called me. I ALSO HAVE AN OMBUDSMEN FOR THE OLDER PEOPLE IN FAMILY CARE IN MY STATE. SHE IS COMING OVER JULY 29 FOR 2 HOURS TO WORK ON OUR APPEAL TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE AUGUST 11. SHE SAID SHE COULD NTO GET THE GUILEINES.. THEY SAID THEIR COMPUTER WAS DOWN BUT I DONT BELIEVE THAT THAT'S WHY THE GOVERNOR IS SO IMPORATANT. HE IS THE BEST FRIEND I EVER HAD FOR THIS HEARING. SHE ASKED FOR THE PHONE NUMBER AND THE NAME OF THE NURSE WHO INVADED MY HOME WHEN I THOUGHT IT WAS THE OCCUPTIONAL THERAPIST.I LEWT IN. SHE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OPEND EVERY CABINET AND FRIDGEAND FREEZER.. I FELT SO LIKE A NOBODY. I ASO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE COUSEL IN THE HEALTH OFFICE. WHO HAPPENS TO RUSS'S NEICE. SHE PROBABLY GAVE THE CASE TO ANOTHER LWAYER. RUSSE;L FORWARDED HER PART OF MY COMPLAINT. HE DROVE ME TO WW TODAY TO WEIGH WITH SCOTT WHEELING ME IN. I WILL DO THI ONCE A MONTH. KE;LY MY OMBUDSMEN WAS WORKING AT HOME TODYA. I HOPE I CAN CATCH HER TOMORROW. SCOTT HERED THE GOVERNOR'S ASSITANT AND HE THINKS I WILF IND OUT TOMORROWTHAWT I HAVE MEALS ONWHEELS. I DONT THINK SO BUT I HOPE I CAN GET THE GUIDELINES AND THE FUNCTIONAL SCREEN.

Good Morning!! TGIF!!
Excited today as going to see my sister this evening. She seems to advancing pretty fast. My BIL said the other day she was very out there and had no reaction to pictures he brought in of her grandchildren. So sad. Her journey is definitely different than my mom's. My mom new us and enjoyed family up until she went unresponsive the day before her death.
I added 2 miles yesterday.
Carol: Good job on the water aerobics. Hope you had a nice day with your sister.

Cait: Good job on a good day and your walk. Glad you were able to get your credit freeze done. I will never understand people that steal and take advantage of others.

CAIT -- Glad you're feeling less stressed, but I completely understand with your SSNs being on the stolen mail. You will need to be extra vigilant! Fred received a SS scam call, and I looked online and found a form for you to report a scam/spoof call. Check it out!
KELLY -- I hope you can enjoy your time with your sister. Yesterday, my sister asked, "How do we know Scott?" Scott is her #2 son. So sad.
AMY -- Fingers crossed!
I went to water aerobics this morning (2 miles), and I just finished stretching.

Yesterday we walked 2.1 mi before breakfast. CAROL - GFY with the 2 mi water aerobics and stretching. Let us know if the walking stick helps your back. So sad about your Sis. We’ve had spam/spoof calls so many times in the past. I don’t think reporting it is worth the time. We have reported the theft of our mail and info, and/or put freezes and extra security on accts, with PD, IRS, 3 credit agencies, and State Tax agency. Social Security doesn’t really have a way to report this unless fraud has been attempted or has already occurred .
KELLY - Hope you had a good visit with Sis on whatever level she can enjoy. GFY with the 2 mi. Unfortunately those predatory people just don’t subscribe to the Golden Rule. I’m sure they feel they are entitled. 🙏

MONDAY, MONDAY!
CAIT -- Oh, how nice that you can have your meals outside under a nice shade tree! That is really special. GFY with all the walking, too!
I haven't tried the trekking poles yet, but I'm taking them on our trip. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to at least try them a little. I'm canning a batch of beans before I settle down and start packing. I'm looking forward to the trip! My niece's kids are really surprised with all the "wide open spaces" they're encountering. I told them to check out the map between Gothenburg, NE, and Valentine, NE. We'll be traveling that road tomorrow, and we may not see more than two dozen vehicles along the route!
Saturday and today I stretched, and I went to water fitness classes yesterday and today (4).

Sorry to be MIA. Got busy yesterday doing other things before work and forgot to check in. Weekend was busy with functions and visits. Added 5 miles Fri-Mon. Saturday and Sunday were low step days as I sat a lot.
Cait: Great job with all your walking, now I feel lazy,lol. Your meals outside sounds nice.
