sawtex, I'm an Android Beta test person for the app. I updated this morning and now my app doesn't work, ugh! I'm also an Android Beta test person. No problems with the app just the +4 showing up on Remaining Weekly after the update. Strange things going on!!!

I'm a beta tester also but I'm not going to update my app today. I'm to busy scanning foods in my pantry and writing points values so I can se how much they changed with new program.

I force stopped the app (which wasn't running), uninstalled it, and installed it again and it worked. I now have version 10.0.2.

I just opened my WW app and noticed a small red dot on the top left on the 3 lines (menu). I clicked on it and had a new notification. It is from someone ID: ajh5362 and the message was: "To be healthy. 2 year". I have no idea who this is or what it means but I'm not going to check the green check mark. There is a red x I can check. I think this is a request for me to follow this person. I did find her on Connect.

I watched a you tube video about the program from Dish with Dee's Crew. She went to a WW meeting and she got the materials. She said her leader said the new app would roll over tomorrow morning; HOWEVER: The android apps may have problems updating. Dee said WW is aware of the problems but don't be surprised if the android app isn't 100% tomorrow. Shocking, I know, because android phones always seem to have problems. IOS phones (Apple) should roll over with no issues. Dish with Dee's Crew

I appreciate the heads up about possible Android issues tomorrow. I use an Android phone, an Apple iPad, and a desktop computer. With this info, I will just stick with the iPad until news breaks that the Android problems are fixed. Thanks!!!!!

I just got on my Android tablet Sunday night to watch Josh D on his 10:00 pm workshop and I had to upgrade my app which only took a few minutes, went real good and I was able to get on Josh's virtual workshop. Hope your upgrade goes well!

As promised the plan is here so we are going to lock this one so all questions are in one spot and we don't have multiple threads with the same information.
Make sure to post any app questions in the PersonalPoints questions ❓❓ thread so we can get the information to everyone.
There will be inevitable issues, make sure to keep checking that thread so you won't be repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling until they get the kinks worked out.
