Jennifer, that worked! Thanks, I would have never looked there! And, truthfully, I only use the barcode scanner which may be why it appears on the initial search bar.
bbbearsmom, if you have this on your phone, click on the last option, "saved". That brings up a page with saved foods, activity and posts. On the Saved foods page, the word "filter" is located to the right where you can filter your foods, recipes or meals by Smart Points. The Save Posts option is for things saved from Connect.(never done that either!)

I tried it and it didn't work for the 2 items I tried because it couldn't get a good picture. One was a jar, and the label goes part way around the jar, so the photo didn't capture the sides of the label. The other was a plastic bag type package that was pretty flat. The NI label is a long narrow box, and the photo didn't get the full image from top to bottom.
I think this scanner is of limited value.

On Connect, the @wwofficial page said that "all was fixed" now except I still had the bell in the upper left corner. I messaged them at: @wwmembersupport who wrote me back and told me to do a forced stop of my app and then reboot it. That did nothing so I was told to email them at: firstname.lastname@example.org We'll see what happens now!
Did everyone get the 3 lines in the upper left corner or are you still showing the bell? If so, contact them and let them know. Many people on Connect are having this issue.
linda72 , Thanks for posting the contact information on the Menu, much appreciated! Linda, do keep us posted if they get it fixed. Good contact information to save if needed down the road if you have problems with the app.😊

linda72, DebDoesWW, I did the forced stop and rebooted and still have the bell so I'm waiting to see what linda72, finds out. WW's IT is so frustrating. I liked the menu and I hope it eventually comes back.
I received another email from email@example.com I've stumped them! They have moved my "issue" up to the engineers to solve. Guess the jr. high kids are still playing video games this weekend so maybe I'll hear something next week. I'll keep you posted! HA!
borntexan, I've only had the bell until 10 days ago. Then, we had an update and I got the menu choices and the 3 lines in the upper left corner. After a couple of days, there was another update and the hamburger (lines) went away and now I only have the bell. BUT, WW thinks they fixed it and said I should not have the bell. I frankly don't care, as long as I can track accurately. We'll see what the engineers come up with.
