Thanks so much for starting the thread sallyw2005. Sunday 38 minutes seated elliptical 1 day My tummy is feeling some better but my eyes still hurt and burn. I think that is mostly from allergies and dry eyes. Will continue to take it easy. I hope everyone had a great 4th of July.

Sunday 65 minutes walking the route, helping load the sofa into the storage container, after dh removed the front door, walking back and forth to my car at church three times after forgetting a few things. Then walking by my desk and parking as far away as I could when I met a friend for a late lunch. No grilling here today as dh is fasting today thus the reason I went out for lunch after church. My pleasure, Becky. We get up and out at 6am to walk so I just did it then. And so glad to read you are feeling better.
