lizlor, Yeah, the blog is gone. I've never noticed this happening before. I'll have to look for it the next time they send an email out with a link to a blog.

lani,The woman usually had two cookies for dessert every night. She started to eat more cookies each night. The counselor asked what she was thinking/feeling when she had the extra cookies. Turns out there was paperwork that she doesn't get done during the day that she does after dinner, after she ate the first two cookies she wasn't ready to do the paperwork so she ate more cookies. They decided she wanted some more relaxation time before she started to work. The plan was after having her two cookies she would take 15 minutes and do something relaxing, read, go on the computer, call a friend, so some needlework and so forth. That solution worked and she stopped eating the extra cookies. I like it because it was a good example of thinking things out.
