Good Morning!!
I added a 3 mile WATP yesterday. Meals were tracked including a sliver of Black Forest cake and still stayed in points. My meals for the day were mostly zero or very low.
Mimi: Great job on your WATPs. You have such a caring heart.
Nancy: Bummer about the rain. Hope you were able to get the walk in with your friend.
Brenda: Glad to see you posting. Hope the stress passes quickly. Stay focused.

Hello, Brenda, hang in there, I'm having the same problem. I just bought a new tracker and a weekly planner! Mimi, sorry for the loss of your friends husband. So sweet of you to go to her. Kelly, kudos on tracking every bite!! We had the best day yesterday, took a long walk along the beach & past the mansions in Gloucester, went to Rockport & walked around the artist colony, treated myself to a new mug, then we got lunch & ate at the park over looking the ocean. I was exhausted when I got home, I reached 10,679 Happy Wednesday

Hello, DH & I took a drive up to Kennebunkport yesterday & had lunch overlooking the bay. I reviewed the menu while I was at home & stuck to my choice. Today we seem to have a break from the heat Happy Saturday -.20 221.10 Saturday 7/17/21

Good morning. Trying to get back in sync. Can't believe I'm heading the wrong way. If I look back at 6/27 for the start of our challenge I'm not THAT far out of whack, but enough. I went camping on the beach with a friend of mine for a couple of days. Trying to set up my car as a mini camper. So glad she brought her trailer because I certainly wasn't set up enough.
Goals for the week:

Nancy, I don't know where you show me at but I'm back in "the game". Looks like great goals for the week. Rain? I can't even imagine rain in July. Impressed that you went out to a restaurant and "stayed with your choices".
Kelly, you're back at amazing with a 4% loss. I'm sure you r walking is helping.
Mimi, happy to see you walking. My friend from two states away came to stay with us for a couple of days when my mom passed. It was so nice just to have the reprive.

Hi Bl, I am not 100%. But I am feeling so much better. On 7/15 I celebrated my birthday I ended up being able to attend a fundraiser with my sisters. We had such a great time. I usually don't make a fuss about my birthday.
Nancy Kennebunkport sounds fun. As many times as we have passed there back in the days of visiting the kids at camp we have never stopped to visit.
Kelly, I am believing I can. I am feeling much better. I need to take a page out of your book and get on the trackig train.
Brenda, liking your weight lost. small increments get us there.
Mimi I am taking a page from your book and working on being consistent.
Connie I am on the med. My friend is near Sequoia National Park cross countrying with her husband and 2 children and the dog. She is on day 52. They are having a great time the kids are loving it they are doing a lot of hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
