π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! It was so nice seeing friends! We sat outside, talked, played some cards, and enjoyed ourselves. We will meet again next Wednesday. We are going to talk about how to get together with the rest of the women and probably will not p lay cards or eat but sit outside and talk only.

So glad you had a great gathering! Things here seem to be returning to "normal", if there is such a thing anymore. Our next two days are supposed to be dangerously hot. I will try and get out soon before the worst of it. I have yoga tonight on Zoom but an event in the studio tomorrow night for the first time in almost 1 1/2 years! I'm looking forward to it. Couldn't get a hair appointment for today but I'm hoping for tomorrow. Hubby is fishing this morning. Didn't make my step goal and food choices were so-so. Today will be better.

Iβm so glad you enjoyed your gathering cathygeha! Our Bookclub started meeting at a restaurant indoors after we had all gotten our shots. Was it challenging for you to enjoy eating with others? How did they react to your weight loss success? πβ
