Wishing everyone a great OP day. Trying to make it to the gym in the morning. Still not back at 100%. but I will try, even if it is just to walk on the treadmill..

Sorry to be MIA. Got busy yesterday doing other things before work and forgot to check in. Weekend was busy with functions and visits. Added 5 miles Fri-Mon. Saturday and Sunday were low step days as I sat a lot.
Claudette: Congrats on being BL.
Nancy: Hope you had fun with your friend.
Connie: My pause was too many meals out last week.

Hello, Sorry to be mia! Trying to reset myself. Finally took a short walk yesterday & today we have sun so I hope to go out soon. I found a great virtual meeting on Sunday's. I joined her connect group she posts everyday. I just need to get in the habit of checking the thread. Sunny Tuesday

I had a good day yesterday and added 2 miles.
Brenda: Good job on getting things done. Easier to do when it isn't as Hot and Humid.
Claudette: Good job on the gym workout.
Nancy: Good job on your reset and walk. I need to take advantage of the Connect. It can be very motivating.

Hello, Claudette, kudos on getting to they gym. Kelly, kudos on your good day. Did I tell you I'm doing the aww challenge on the connect group. Every day the leader posts a message of something for us to look for on our walk. Day 1 - water, Day 2 - smell, Day 3 - color. Each day I've taken a walk and posted a picture. I haven't checked to see what to look for today. Food is choices are getting better, I made chicken, tomatoes, cucumber salad last night for dinner. Still working on my waters. Happy Wednesday
