Hi Bl, Does anyone have the secret to achieving greatness with tracking? Seriously, I can walk for miles, schedule going to the gym. However, tracking for more than a few days totally eludes me. Tomorrow I WI. I need all the luck I can get. Still having birthday lunches and indulgences.

Hello, Claudette, good luck today. Of course you can join the group it's called Coach Karmi. My user name is puffin31 I track breakfast & lunch in the morning. Then I track again after dinner and again in the morning the next day. Took another short walk yesterday & tracked. I got new fun glasses they should be ready today. Planning on doing a few things around the house today. Happy Friday

Nancy, I try tracking then I get lost and start doing it in my head. I think I need to track so I have an honest point of reference.

Connie how is California. My friend is currently in San Fran. She just visited Alcatraz. they are having an amazing time.
My WI yesterday was surprising. I really hate the WI where you think you are so on program and then you gain. OH Well staying the course. More IMPORTANTLY Still MOTIVATED.

Good morning. All of you are doing so well, I can't wait to see what the end of the month brings. A lot of celebrations at the beginning of the month so I'm back on the band wagon. I don't enjoy tracking my food on the new app I told you about called Lark. I would rather do it on my computer and see ALL of the stats so I haven't been great about it. Regardless, it tells me I don't eat enough fruit or veggies. I'm allergic to a lot of fruits and I typically eat carbs and protein so I don't until eat the fruit or veggies until dinner time. What are some of your ideas?
Nancy: It was nice to spend some time outside of the house. I need to find more of that. Hope you enjoyed your lunch with your girl friend you haven't seen in 2 years. How is that reset going? How fun you have something to seek on your walks. I just can't seem to get out there this week.
Brenda: **waving** Great loss for you last week ! I've been trying to get some things done around the house also. It went straight from way too cold -to- too bloomin' hot, here. I'm sure your gain will be as mine and come down next week. A day does not a life make.
Claudette: Hope you're feeling better. Great for you for still hitting the gym. That new Lark program I use for tracking is VERY basic. I enjoy Chronometer which is free and much more detailed and either an app or online. You can add or not add how you like. I'm pleased that it will breakdown all of my nutrients and helped me change my vitamins after my last regular bloodwork labs. I was getting too much iron, B12 & D. I track yesterday's food each morning and that helps me set my intentions for the day. California is HOT but I'm in So Cal. so a long way from cooler San Francisco. Alcatraz is amazing.
Kelly: Do you wear a tracker during the day? I bet you get those steps in regardless if they are intentional or not. Great weigh in !
