This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good morning everyone! Happy Monday!
It's pouring rain here and has been since about 2am or so. A bit of good news though, we were able to knock out the mow yesterday evening before the sun went down, it was needing it badly. It was a speed mow & we were kind of racing against the clock, losing light and the rain clouds that were hanging about. But we got it completed about 30 before a rain storm ran through.
Today is pretty a hand around the house and do stuff here kind of day. We're looking at rain most of the week again, but today looks to be the worst of it.
I hope everybody has a great Monday, and that you're weather is not as wet as mine. This is getting a little ridiculous at this point. Lol
I'll check back later.

Good morning,
I have mowing on the agenda today, and probably a dip in the pool. Yesterday, I pretty much did nothing. ODD came by and we hung out on the patio for a while. Today is her birthday but she had to work, so I gave her a present yesterday.
Lora, I am amazed at the amount of rain you guys are getting! If only we could send some of that the the left side of the country! I hope you have a good day anyway... glad you got that mowing knocked out in time.
I made a Hello Fresh dinner last night. It was salmon with couscous and a zucchini ribbon salad. I will use that zucchini recipe again for sure. I only ate half so I have the rest for tonight. I got those 2 lbs off again, and am back on track this week. I will get some exercise in when I do my yardwork today! I will probably bbl, and I'm waving to all. Hope you are having a great start to the week,
RobinMD

Hi Everyone, Lora, glad you got the mowing done before the next round of rain.. Once I get dressed which will be soon I plan to go to the gym for a bit. I want to go over to Walmart as there are a few things I need and want to see if they have the petfeeder in stock in their pet department. They never or rarely answer their phones but since I have the other things I want to get I'll at least look. In the past you could order and they would deliver to the store and you could pick up for free at the store. I think they have maybe discontinued that. They have a thing similar to Amazon that if you pay a monthly fee that shipping is free if over 35. I dont usually order but if you have to pay each month then its really not free. If they dont have it then I'll just order it. I have seen similar ones but they are more and this got good reviews. Other than that I really need to vaccuum and declutter as I didnt do anything on Saturday. Maybe later if I am hot I'll go to the pool but can go either way witn that today. Have a great day!

Good morning!
Lora, I am so glad you had such a great time at the concert! I loved your memory making singing in the rain account. I could just picture it! It's good you got the mowing in before the rain this week. Nice idea for CC's safety sheet.
Susie, oh my goodness, the big event is almost here! That's so exciting. Glad DD made it safely. I am sure you will be extremely busy each day. Enjoy making memories!
Janet, sounds like a nice day at the lake with an ending of BBQ.
RobinMD, it'll be nice to have the jewelry in tip top shape. I can't stand being in Malls. If I can avoid it and go to Kohls, or even just going in JCPenney and then out again without going inside the actual mall, that's what I do. Don't sweat those two pounds, you'll be right back in no time at all.
Jana, hope the showings are going well. I also hope you had time to relax a bit over the weekend.
Today I'll head to the gym, but not much else planned. I plan on making my big pot of chili today that should last a few days. But mostly, I hope to just relax today. Waving hi to all!

Hello again.
I got a big load of laundry washed, dried and all put away so that's something. It's still raining hard and steady and we're now under a Flash Flood Watch. It's crazy.
Robin - I'm also a little amazed at the amount of rain we're getting. While July is often a "wet" month here, it's usually more of that "hot, humid and sunny most of the day and then afternoon thunderstorm" kind of pattern. Not rain all day, kind of stuff. I saw a graphic the other day and we're WAY ahead of typical rain fall levels for this point in the year. It's pretty much ruined my geraniums. We actually bought some potted zinnias yesterday, but haven't had a chance to transfer them to the planters yet. I'm hoping that they'll last until we transition to mums for the fall. But all the rain makes me worry for the farmers too. I hope it's not ruining crops.
Janet - Have you checked online with Chewy.com? They have a huge inventory and generally have free shipping, I think.
Jill - YUM! We haven't had chili in a long while. I think we're having shrimp and andouille for supper tonight. It's pretty quick and easy. A little chopping, a little sautéing and a little seasoning, and Boom! Dinner is served. Lol

Hi again, Going swimming at the local pool in a bit.. Went to the gym for a bit then over to Walmart. They didnt have the kind of petfeeder I wanted so will order. I did look at Chewy.com but Walmart had the same type of feeder but a different brand but cheaper even with the shipping fee. What I might want to ask Chewy tho is if I am not satisfied for some reason is it free to ship it back? Do you order things from there? I didnt find my Nuetrogena rainbath today though.. they had a generic brand but on some things I prefer the brand name. I can go a little longer without or maybe should order that and then maybe it will come out to be free shipping with taxes..tnat is usually almost 10.00 itself. There were a lot of reviews and most were very favorable. Jill, enjoy your chilaxing and your chili. Robin Md, enjoy your swim and hope you get done what you want as well.

It has definitely been MONDAY all day today. I forgot I have a training call from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m today We did absolutely nothing on Saturday which I regretted on Sunday when I was trying to cram everything that needed to be done in one day. We ended up with 6 showings over the weekend and we have another one tonight. We haven't gotten a lot of feedback. The one showing liked the house but said they felt like it was over priced. I sort of feel like it is a bit overpriced as well but I am trying to leave it up to the realtor. That is the only feedback we have gotten so far. Still hoping that it does not stay on the market too long. Waving to everyone.

Hello again,
It has been a good day for yardwork. It was not super hot and humid, so I got done everything that I wanted to. I did relax by the pool for a while and enjoyed the peace. I also got a lot of blackberries this morning. I didn't think I was going to find so many, but there are a lot that are not ripe yet. It will depend on weather, as to how many I end up getting of those.
Janet, my YDD has that Petfeeder thing, and it works great for them. They have it set to feed one of the cats at 3:00am because she was so obnoxious about waking them up in the middle of the night to eat, that they got this thing and now she doesn't bother them! It has 4 or 5 bowls in it that rotate around. She sets it for any time, and as many times as she wants to.
Lora, at least you are up high enough that hopefully your ground won't stay super soggy. Too bad about the geraniums. I hope you can get the zinnias in soon, and get them blooming on your porch!
Jill, I hope you got your chili made and enjoyed some relaxation! Thanks for the words of encouragement...I had so much trouble with my schedule last week. I'm going to plan better this week, just in case.
Jana, seems like a lot of interest in the place! Sorry you feel bad about the day of rest, but you probably needed it.
Susie, thinking of you.. I know you are busy and happy this week!
I hope everyone is having a good week. It is going to be rough at work, but I'm going in with an open mind, and just do the best I can with what is handed to me. I hope to check in at some point! Waving to all,
RobinMD

I put my order in tonight for the petfeeder from Walmart. I was going to see if I could my nuetrogena rainbath in as well but for that one it said pickup only so it wasnt going to change the amount to free for delivery for the other item unless maybe I was wrong but they didnt have the correct kind and amount anyway. After I tried this transaction for the dentist office where I am having my tooth pulled and it was denied which was odd because I wasnt expecting any problems and there is certainly more than sufficient funds to cover it. Although I could use a different card to pay I'd like to find out why it was declined so I guess its a good thing I didnt wait until Wednesday and find out there was an issue. Jana, good luck with the showings. I hope you get it sold soon.
