I am really in this! I threw away a couple of cans of beer yesterday and am determined to lose some weight by the end of this challenge.
My goal is to get under 200 so that is 25 pounds . Yes it is a lofty goal but I know I can get at least half off just by watching my fats but more just by staying away from crap in the vending machine at work!
