Good morning girls. Happy to report a good sleeping night with NO DREAMS. Makes such a huge difference when you wake up refreshed. So far no rain and that's also a plus. Not sure if the 'weather' will hit or miss us. Time will tell and my day shall be planned accordingly.
Pam wow to your rain. That's how it was here the other day. Hate being caught up in it. Happy it slowed down so that you could get the rest of the groceries and mail. Praying for DD in her job hunt. Wishing good luck and prayers for DH (and you) on his would care doctor visit. Enjoy that Mexican meal.
Waving and wishing all a wonderful and OP day.

My day is planned and tracked. We were going to hit BJ's today but in going over the list there isn't anything pressing so we'll do that at another time. Air quality is compromised due to fires in Canada and I'm sure our pollen and humidity also play a roll in things. So far no rain. It appears right now that it will miss us. Maybe scattered thunder storms later. Coffee was extra good today. In fact SO good I just may put on another pot Later!

Good Morning, WW Friends ~
Happy Hump Day!! I also slept very well. I went to bed right at 10 and went to sleep. DH told me this morning that he had been plagued by a cramp in his leg when he went to bed, and had to get up several times to "walk it off". Poor guy! I slept right through it all.
We woke to an absolutely beautiful day in the high 60's with a predicted high of only around 80. My very favorite perfect Summer day!! I plan to walk but first got involved in some housework. I went through my stash of extra towels (different color schemes) and sacked up a bag of some of the older ones to go to the Thrift Store. That made room for my new purple ones. Then I started a load of DH's work clothes. His shoes were absolutely grimy as he had been working on a roof top the past two days and it was very hot, and they looked like he had waded through tar. I sprayed them with Spray 'N Wash and let them sit, then put them in the washer with Tide and Oxyclean and his work jeans (to hold them down) and let them soak for a bit. Now they are washing and then I can put the shoes outside to dry. I also changed the bed and now have a set of sheets to wash. I will feel like I got most all of my work done first thing in the morning and then can take it easy the rest of the day.
BBL. Make a great day!!

Ouch to the pain in DH's leg. I hope he is able to walk it off. Nice that you got a head start on chores. Mine are all set for a bit. Just going to play the entire day by ear. We did get out for a walk 2.5 miles. It was nice when we started cool breeze nice cloud coverage and pleasant. Then the sun came out and the breeze stopped and it got sticky once again. Luckily it was on our last loop home for which we were all most grateful. Carl is out tinkering with the truck and I'm inside where it's nice and cool and comfy. Sue enjoy taking the rest of the day off You've earned it! Waving and shall CBL

Ann ~ GFY for getting that walk in. I have not done that as yet. I started making lunch and cleaning up the kitchen and one thing led to another. Now the work clothes are done, the shoes are out on the back stoop in the sunshine, and the clean sheets are drying.
I have managed to eat, and shower and do my hair and refill some shampoo/conditioner bottles for the shower shelf, little things like that just take up so much extra time!
After my breakfast of FF Greek yogurt & blackberries w/F1, I made a tuna & egg salad and put half of it on 2 slices of Dave's Killer bread which really hit the spot!! I have some pork chops thawed out to grill tonight, along with a bag of chicken breasts. The pork chops will be tonight's supper and the chicken will go in the fridge. I plan to have Mango salad with it as well as splitting a sweet potato (always good with pork).
Tomorrow night we are going to Red Lobster and I am going to have the Fiesta Shrimp bowl that DH had the last time we went. It looked delicious and has all things that I love in it. My WW WI is Friday so I need to be careful of salt over the next couple of days.

Sue I agree...it's those 'little things' that are so time consuming. Oh how I love pork chops That will our meal for tomorrow for sure. We love the loin pork chops best! Tonight we are having summer squash and zucchini mushrooms and onions and chicken tenders done in the air fryer. I spray the veggies with spray butter and add a little SPG salt pepper roasted garlic to the mix. We will have that with a Rhodes French roll and call it supper. MMM to Red Lobster tomorrow. I hear you on the sodium. It surely does add weight! When I went to meetings I used to go light on the salt the day before and bone up on the water The air quality here is still horrible. There is a HUGE HAZE over the clouds and sun from the fires in Canada. I am keeping my walking minimal. I'd like to go again but will wait and see about that. We did a good one earlier and I've taken Benjamin out quite a few times just in the yard and he's happy with that. Sometimes he just isn't in the mood to walk LOL.
