Some of these tips sound like the same thing just in a different way, but maybe good to reinforce them, huh ?

In this group of 50, the things that caught my eye were the things that started with "try" or "experiment with". I think it can be a balancing act - it's good to have habits that work, but also be open to trying something new.

Visualize yourself as you are wanting to be. Working on thisFind ways to feel slim now. Taking photos in clothing recently has reinforced that I have lost weight and does make me feel slimmer NOWExperiment with eating less meat. Been doing this for awhileKeep a journal. Have done this in the past...could try it again and add in some sketching?Get rid of any clothes that donโt make you feel beautiful. I am working on this BUT don't want to get rid of everything or won't have anything to wear Try new forms of movement and exercise. would love to dance...maybe?Eat whole grains. we only eat whole grains...well...some pita bread and rice happens but not daily

Some of those tips I do regularly, some I don't, and there's some I would be interested in trying or have tried them occasionally.
I do grow some fresh herbs, but often forget to use them in my food. I have been trying lately to add some to my salads. I have rosemary, thyme, oregano, parsley, and mint in pots and bring them inside in the winter.
Something else I want to do is use more of the different grains. I have a few of the more unusual ones but, again, I forget to use them. I need to do better meal planning.

I certainly do relax enough, but sleep eludes me. I have tried everything & nothing works. Oh well, such is life.
I, too, forget to prepare certain grains. I have several different ones in my pantry, but forget they are there & go with the same old ones time after time.
I have plenty of fresh herbs, I need to get busy dehydrating some of them for winter. Maybe next week?
I have a LOT of clothes. I have thrown away all my sized 20 & 22's. I don't want to ever fit into them again!

It's easier to list the ones I don't do...
8. Sometimes (not often) I do eat straight from the box. Each time I take the box, I'm aware that I do better when I take some out to put onto a dish or into a bowl. The last time I took the box of shredded wheat (the little ones, not the big biscuit), I was aware of how many little squares went into my hand (and then into my mouth) with each very small handful. I wound up with three handfuls and then closed the box. So I think I did more or less okay.
9. I don't think I've ever repackaged foods into smaller containers. I measure (and/or weigh) each time I have taken a serving.
10. i may not limit the time I spend working... I don't go to an office any longer (except for one very part-time job, and then it's already determined in advance how many hours I work), so I'm talking about preparing for teaching and/or tutoring.
30. I very rarely set a table at all, let alone a pretty one, nor 31. lighting candles for a dinner.
36. I don't keep a journal.
42. I haven't cooked for friends (or relatives who aren't staying with me) since well before the pandemic.
50. And I don't practice yoga any more either.
That's 42 things I'm already doing, which (here's the teacher in me coming out) 84%, a respectable passing grade if I were in school...
