Uch WI today and i was the same as the last two weeks WIs. DAMN! I did start a Peloton walking program this week and so I expended more during those workouts, but I thought if anything I'd lose because of that. I've been tracking and saying OP. Normally I dont let this upset me but today I'm upset because usually when I re start and am tracking, exercising and staying OP, I lose more in the beginning and this time nothing. NOTHING.

surfgirl, I hear you loud and clear. Nothing more frustrating than working the program and not seeing results. Next week for sure!

surfgirl, Maybe the exercise is creating water weight that is masking the body fat loss.

Saturday, July 31: 124 - up 0.2 lb.
It's been a starch-a-palooza lately with Mr. Lani bringing home half of this and a sliver of that from the new coffee shop. Does anyone buy coffee there? The local cupcake shop is closing end of August so at least I won't have to deal with that any more.
I don't think this series is available on PBS right now, but if it comes around again I would suggest checking it out. Mysteries of Mental Illness. I had recorded the first two episodes in late June but never watched them, thinking it would be too heavy. But good ol' DH wanted to see it. So fascinating! I bring it up here because CBT gets a lot of coverage. Also, makes you grateful for the mental health you have, and extremely grateful that you didn't live in the past.
It's 4 episodes total. I recorded the final episode last night and purchased the third (I am that into it) since the third episode wasn't available free.

luvvinlife, we both got the Shingrix vax and it was a painful one for sure. Just arm pain though, IIRC. It's supposed to be so much more effective than the previous version. Ladies, thanks for the moral support!
