Okay...trying to figure out what kind of goal this would be...
With weight loss it would do the first and last but how would it liberate your energy UNLESS you followed a menu plan or something? Hmm...
Perhaps a student in pursuit of a professional goal would have a focus and thus not spend energy dithering on useless things? Maybe that would be true of eating healthy, too?

Maybe liberating my energy would be a goal that got me out of my mental and physical slump and spurred actions in addition to a positive mindset.
