What do you think of the 7-question technique? It's a great idea to stop you in your sabatoging tracks and consider what you're about to do, and the ramifications of that.
Have you tried it?
I've tried it here, as an exercise, but I always forget to use it in real time, which is really the problem. I forget so many Beck tools in the moment and that's what I'm working on right now - making use of the tools I have already.
Do you think you’ll try it in the future?
If I can remember to do it, yes, I'd like to try.

lani, A friend of mine has been having bad anxiety. She's on good medication but it has side effects, but she found some good yoga-breathing videos on youtube that she says work really well. I asked her for the names since I want to try them. Yes, I need my meditation.

cathygeha, I've been lucky with exercise. I've managed to work up to 30 minutes of walking inside. I'm so thankful I am exercising and am planning to fight harder over the winter to keep it up.

I was up to an hour of walking five days a week and...stopped. In the past I had worked up to three miles at one time and...stopped. I need to get back to it and will eventually.
