⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. * If you give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS, too.⭐ No Excuses July 24 ⭐

“Many people fail in life, not for lack of ability or brains or even courage but simply because they have never organized their energies around a goal.”

This one resonates...Thinking about my successes...I did put time, energy, effort, focus, learning, and repetition in to succeed in learning new skills...even in learning to lose weight...watercolor, knitting, cooking, and so many other things!

This is so true. Just because we understand or can do something doesn't mean we will be good at it or continue to learn & grow. We need all those other components to realize our end result. Sometimes the concept of goal setting can be huge and intimidating but the way you describe some of your past successes Cathy breaks it down to one specific area or interest we can approach at one time. Small goals help too, to get us started on the small successes to fuel our progress. Then we feel like we can do it!
