Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

Not a great month for exercise.
June total: 240 minutes July goal: over 240 minutes!
Minutes so far this month: 30 minutes - sweeping the patio 60 minutes - cleaning 90 minutes - laundry and cleaning
