Woohoo, it's summertime! Here comes the sun! This summer how about joining in for our Summer Minds 3 month challenge? For the next 3 months, we're going to concentrate on clean and mindful eating. With the abundance of fresh, delicious produce and convenience of grilling outside, what a great time to work on clean eating. Of course, summer also brings a lot of tasty treats but there's nothing wrong with an occasional treat, that's where the mindfulness comes in. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. let's enjoy our healthiest summer yet!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs June 1 through September 1, 2021.

Good am. I am psyched. Scott Brought my treadmill out into the living room. I want the physical therapist to see that. I want to work up to that. but I have to find my stop watch. I want to go back to that. I amnot goin back to school. I don't care if I lose that hearing on wheels on meals. But the ombudsman has a good case. I a going to pay off one credit card by January and finish paying the second one by December 2022. I have to do that because I have help paying my rent in 2022 and 2021. but I don't know after that . I have asked my trust to put all the money in Stable so I cn not pay the fees of the trust. I don't have much left but enough for this and next year. I am so excited. I will never work except elections. after Covid. I will not go to school. I hope to visit my brother in Westchestger in 2022. I would like to go with Scott. I want to lose 10 pounds in 2 months. It may be hard. because I have this wheel chair. I am glad I can keep the wheel chair I bought. I sometimes have arthritis in both knees ar fall and I need it then. I have 2 walkers the tI bought for my height. I have another walker with a seat. I just can't buy anything from Amazon unless it is with my Debit card . I paid off my easy pays with QVC today. I bought a rook and sound bar that is paid off. Right now Have U tube tv and antenna when the internet goes down. I am so happy I can pay the credit cards off and then just put a little each month if I need and can pay off. I am using food club peanut butter. Healthy Life bread. I weighed 210 today. I will go to WW once a month. Sometime un August I have to go.

I also am planning to lose, Amy. My neices wedding is next month and also my right leg has been acting up but I know if I lose about 10 or 15 pounds it will stop.

I am tracking on Lose It. it costs 40 a year and I don't want to go to WW again soon because of the county I live in 32 percent are not vaccinated but it is serious still. but it is rising and only want to go to medical appointments or food shopping g. I dont care if I lose the hearing. I m only going to eat the fruit and vegetables not the main dish. I have about 70 calories I want to add with the noon mail a day. I can give Scott the main dish. I will ask for a pre diabetic desert so that I get fruit. So if I don't win I won't feel so bad then. I have to say that because those people from the insurance company used to be on my team don't know about the statue and regulations that guide them in this state. They never did a functional screen.

Hi all! Just a quickie fly by! I'm really sorry I've been missing a lot! Things at work should be a little less stressful towards the end of next week. I will try to check later to catch with everyone. Kinda disgusted with myself for not breaking into the 180s yet. On my home scale I weighed in at 190.6 yesterday but just haven't been able to keep the momentum going enough to get there, jeesh!

Debbie, I’ve been missing a lot lately too I need to start being better about it.
My neighbor is bringing me some veggies this morning. She always has the best garden.
