I will be back later with Monday's tally. Last week I ended up using 32/35 weeklies and felt that was good BECAUSE I don't have access to a LOT of foods that would otherwise make Core (or any diet) easier. The scale was down from the first of the month but think that has more to do with the days looked at than a true pounds drop in a week Anyway, onward and downward as I remain OP eating healthy food!

Well...my tummy is full, I am sitting on my bed with windows open and fan blowing and finishing a book so I can write the review. I have plenty of points to spare so might have more or might, if sticking with Core only, have only fruit or a smoothie or something like that. Then again, might call it a day and be done with eating.

We have electricity and I am typing madly to get finished online before the cut. Had fun with friends yesterday but it was HOT and HUMID! It was good to catch up with them. Made a pot of beans without soaking first...not sure hubby will eat more as they were "explosive" ~ I see why soaking and multiple soakings are done! Always wondered

Still not sure that CORE is the right fit...thinking it was easier on PURPLE...will see how I feel on Monday?
Also, not sure I will be able to find the hot cereals (oatmeal) in the future, cold cereals are iffy now, don't trust the refrigeration at home or in stores...so...which program will work best eating grains and beans and produce? Hmm...
