Today I double tracked and am not hungry at all...but may have something more after my shower after looking at the numbers.
PURPLE: 4/16 dailies used with 28/28 weeklies remaining (new week began today)
MFP Calories: 1005 eaten out of 1270 suggested
Thinking an apple with a tbsp of peanut butter might be a good option...should check what I need in macros...only have 41 grams of protein and they suggest 23 more BUT don't have protein to eat, way over on carbs and fiber was in the red, too. The tricky thing is getting in protein on a vegetarian/vegan diet.
