💜💜💜💜 PURPLE 💜💜💜💜 New Week Begins Monday (tomorrow) August 25
10/16 dailies used 28/28 weeklies remaining BUT on MFP 1238/1270 calories used SO 32 under (maybe?)
<161.2> so up from the new low but that is the way I seem to lose...new low seems to require an up and perhaps another up then a drop and up and drop and such till a new low happens. It will happen and the 150's will be a regular thing soon!
