FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever )
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs June 1 through September 1, 2021.

hi all. Deb I started a new thread. Got to a Physicians assistant today and tomorrow to talk about the pain of arthritis in both knees and back lower and upper and neck. I want a This inn my bone doctors department which is rheumatology.. tomorrowI see another Physicians assistant and going to ask her to take. bone marrow test to see if the red marks on my skin are chronic lymphatic leukemia which my father and his sister my aunt had. I just want to rule it out. becaus4Ewhen my father broke his he was tested and he had chronic lymphasyctic leukemia. he died at 55 in 1979. His sister my aunt had it at age 85 . It could be that it was environmental. But I just want to be sure. I got the infusion for my bones the will help if its just osteoporosis.

I am wearing my Fitbit which is charged but leaving in an hour. I am eating 1 packet of high fiber oatmeal. 2 teaspoons of food club peanut butter. 4 cups of whole whet spaghetti and 1.25 cups of pasta sauce without added sugar with no ft. And 4 apples a day. That is 30 points.exactly.

Well I go to my fa ily doctor and thing I h ave red spots that are warm and may have an infection so I want a blood test to get an antibiotic incase

Amy, thanks for starting us with a new challenge. I was trying to come up with one but ran out of time as I had to leave for my WW meeting. Usually I go on Saturday, but I'll be out of town on vacation.
Amy, that's pretty scary, I'm glad you asked for the bone marrow test. I'm sorry you arthritis is bothering you so much.
