Yesterday I ended with 31 sp and I have 31 tracked for today. I've been experimenting with some brownies made with applesauce. the first time I made them they came out too cake-like for my taste but they tasted like a nice chocolate cake. this time they came out a little better using less baking soda but next time I think I'll omit it completely. I froze them individually. Today I'm doing another experiment. I'm taking the WW cookie dough nice cream recipe and I'm making the nice cream part of it chocolate as well. It adds 1 sp per serving but hopefully it will be worth it. It is 3 sp. Tonight we are having mini raviolis with turkey italian sweet sausage and 0 sp sauce. 9 sp for dinner is a little higher than normal but it works if the rest of the day is planned around it. Hi Linda - Those brownies sound good. I've used applesauce a few times in cake recipes, it really does work well. I'm glad you are finding some recipes to use the nice cream with. Your dinner sounds great too! I'm doing well and staying on track. I'm determined to get as close as I can get to the goal I set for the beginning of October. Hope everyone else is doing well too

Hi sunrose - Hope you are doing well Hi Linda - your dinner sounds good, hope you enjoy it I'm still doing pretty well. I have slacked off on my walking this week since I've had a lot of things going on and had to be out of the house for several days. I'll get back with it when I'm home. I did some grocery shopping today and didn't buy much "junky" stuff. But I did get a few "treats" that I can fit in calorie wise. It's nice to have something different sometimes. Yesterday I ended up with 29 sp. I have 24 tracked for today but it's fast food lunch today so I haven't tracked that yet. I'm making chicken taco tonight for dinner. I do a scale hop everyday. Today I saw a new number. I don't know if it will stick till WI but it made me happy today. Fast food lunch will likely have sodium so a gain tomorrow would not be a big surprise. Hi Linda - Congratulations on seeing a new number on the scale, I hope it does stick until your WI Chicken tacos sound good, hope you enjoy them I was able to get a full walk in today, so that felt good. And I've tracked my food today and stayed within my calorie limit. Only another week or so until I see if I can meet the weight goal I set back in January. I think I'll be close even if I don't hit the number, and I'll be happy with that. Hope everyone else is doing well

Today I'm not feeling well and I will eat a little differently. I've tracked 36 for today. Yesterday with the fast food lunch I ended up with 32. Tonight is our pizza night. I did track it but I'm not sure if I'll be eating it. Whatever I have is likely to be less points. I'm hoping to take it easy today but that's not easy with the things I have to do no matter how I feel. Have a good day!

Hi Linda - Hope you feel better soon I went grocery shopping this morning and was happy to buy some fresh fruits and vegetables. I mostly eat a lot of frozen or canned fruits/vegetables since I don't get out to the store each week. So the fresh produce feels like a treat to me Hope everyone is doing well and that you all have a great weekend!

Hope everyone had a good day.
It was busy for me and my eating schedule really got messed up. I've actually ended up not eating enough calories today. I know that won't hurt me, but I don't like to eat under a certain number. I think my body gets used to those lower calories and then it makes it more difficult to lose weight. I'll try to pick up some extra calories tomorrow.

Hi sunrose Hope everyone is doing well today. I'm kind of in a "mood" today. It's one of those days where I'm just sick of thinking about what to eat and how many calories it is and figuring out what to have all day. I get this feeling from time to time. When I do it just seems so stupid that I spend all this time thinking about and planning food. And I get upset that I have to worry about everything I'm eating. I know it will pass. I want to stay on track since I'm so close to my October goal and anxious to set another goal. These next 3 months can be difficult for me since I love all the foods that come out around these holidays. Take care everyone
