FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021.

hi all I am just walking around my apartment I got 5000 miles yesterday and had trouble with hurting knees. Scott and I are bring bagels down in the morning and a table I have to the community room where he will buy cream cheese at the store. I am going down in wheel chair. Scott has ice and is putting it in a bucket to hold my diet soda. We are going to watch our football University of Wisconsin team art home play Penn State. It is raining and drizzling. The game is 11 am. I am getting another BMi weight digital scale. It doesn't involve bluetooth and is cheap . I will get it Monday. I also have my large old fashioned doctors scale. My weight is going down. I am eating as far as I know 8 cups of whole wheat spaghetti and Huns pasta sauce without fat and nodded sugar. I make the pasta in microwave in 20 minutes. I add a can of sauce and put it in fridge. I take out portions throughout the day. so in sense it is measured but not each portion. We have extended Snap through September which is wonderful. it pays for my diet soda and I pay for food. I am paying off 2 credit cards and hope to have one by January and another by March or April 2023. I have paid all my easy pays for QVC. I may have to pay my own rent by December 2023.

I got 5000 steps. I am so happy that Scott is in my life.
